      Biography on Organ Donors

The Organ Donors, brothers, Matt & Scott Harris, have over the past 10 years unquestionably established themselves as one of the leading forces in hard dance music. Their pioneering Dex&Fx stage shows have led them to become one of the most sort after big room acts in the business, gaining residencies at the worlds biggest stages, from Dance Valley, Frantic, Slinky, GodsKitchen, Goodgreef, Transaction, Dance Academy, Polysexual, Heat to name a few. Internationally they play Australia, South Africa, America, Canada, Europe, China, Japan, Malaysia and the boys continue to fly their flag of excellence to sell out tours.

Their ground breaking productions on Nukleuz and Tidy Trax over the years have earned them unparalleled respect and notoriety within the industry, winning record of the year at the 2005 Hard Dance Awards with their smash hit "Turntablism", a truly groundbreaking production that turned the style of hard dance upside down and shook it into the 21st century. Their incredible Michael Jackson meets techno track "4 Tribes" made history in 2004 when it became the first ever vinyl only release to make the national top 40, and as one of the biggest selling and played records of the year the boys were on their way to Hard Dance Stardom.

Other history in the making was headlining the first ever rave event to be held in China, held at the Guang Zhou Olympic Stadium on NYE 2005 history was made as communist china opened its doors for the first time, and introduced 30,000 new Chinese ravers to the sounds of Western Hard Dance. The Organ Donors artist Album "Plastic Surgeons" cemented the boys reputation as leading producers of their time, and contained some of the most groundbreaking hard dance records this side of the millennium, including the monsters 99.9, In Power, What's Up, looking for drugs, locked tight and Rhythms Divine, The album out sold every other on Nukleuz and has become a true piece of Hard Dance Music History.

The Organ Donors both in the studio and on the world stage, continue to pioneer both the sound of Hard Dance and the way in which its performed.

      Audio Surgery

The Organ Donors present Audio Surgery... Three years in the making...

2006 is the time the Organs Donors have chosen to launch their new brand- and concept upon a tuff beat loving nation tired by conventional DJ Performances. Its time for the boys to unleash from their illegal underground operating theatre, Audio Surgery. Three years in the making. The turning point for the boys was winning the 2005 record of the year award with their smash hit Turntablizm on Tidy Trax, a track that was designed and derived from their Audio Surgery practice sessions deep in their underground theatre in Bournemouth. After the huge success of the record and receptiveness to this surgical musical style and technique the boys felt it was now high time to launch their new branding and stage show, Audio Surgery. The boys worked with Radio 1s Kutski and offered only two shows in February & March to test the dance nation and they were snapped up by the prime time main rooms of Brixton Academy and the Tidy weekender, to what has become stuff of legend.

Audio Surgery means the cutting up, splicing, mending. stitching, reconnecting and effecting the mix in a way neither a single dj, or a pre programmed live act can do. Working as a duo, using up to 4 decks and CDJS, samplers, midi time code sequencers. Fx units galore and devastating scratch and turntablism techniques. the boys seamlessly time every trick, reloop, slice, cut and remix on the fly to work the body of the mix into a highly enhanced dancing experience. Truly musical, Truly unique and Truly groundbreaking, it also allows the Organ Donors to add more to the mix and performance than other djs as four pairs of hands do a lot more than two and providing the space for the boys to create charisma enhanced insanity on the stage and dance floor, a truly unique and pioneering stage show.

The Boys are now offering Audio Surgery Dates from Autumn and are set to establish themselves as the leaders in the new wave of modern and technically minded Djs and live acts.

    • KRAYMON/REFRACTURE (Dusted Breaks) @ Infectious Breaks

    • Infectious Breaks is back in association with Award Winning Label Dusted Breaks Records, for this night of melodic, hypnotic and down right dirty beats and breaks, across 2 rooms!!

We welcome two of Dusted Breaks finest original artists for this occasion.

      KRAYMON

His debut single ‘Got to Get Busy’ was a clear indication of his musical intentions and since its release in 2001 and he has been doing exactly that. (In this sense, the message behind other track titles, such as ‘Time Wasting’, should undeniably be ignored). Nowadays he has more strings to his bow than a cheese straw and is involved in a multitude of remixes, club nights, tours abroad, and kazoo master classes.

Starting off putting out music in the breakbeat playpen, he clambered over the top and landed safely on a mattress of electronic musical fibres. Regardless of the tune, however, there is always a distinct Kraymon style; hard to define, impossible to resist. Actually, some have attempted to define it, but such valiant efforts always result in nonsensical words. But it is fair to say he is renowned for his colossal squelchy bass, intricate beats and sublime, crispy production. Kraymon makes dance floors a very sweaty place with tracks such as ‘Just Press Play’ which is guaranteed to get things moving. All you need to do is press play.

Everyone wants a fat slice of the Kraymon cake, and many record labels ask for a second helping, including Boombox, En:vision, Freakaboom, MBN, Streetwise, Dusted Breaks, Dead Famous and local Bristol based Vertical Sound Records. He also gets to fiddle around with music made by his contemporaries and remixes all over the shop, including Product.01, Future Funk Squad, 30Hz and Koma & Bones. Support for Kraymon tracks has come from such luminaries as Laurent Garnier & Orbital who not only played "Got to Get Busy" at festivals and on BBC Radio 1 but also sang its praises in DJ Mag.

As part of the KINGPIN brethren, Kraymon is part-responsible for Bristol’s finest underground dance night that has been running since 2002. Going off on a techno tinged tangent from the original breakbeat theme of KINGPIN has not restricted genres that are played there, but instead it has invited more in. Guests range from firmly established international breakbeat & techno legends such as Radioactive Man, Hardfloor & Octave One, to local DJs playing reggae and dub-step. The line-ups continue to be impressive and eclectic and if you ‘watch this space’ you might get too excited!

In addition to being a resident at KINGPIN, Kraymon has played far and wide in the UK, ranging from a New Years Eve slot in Brighton, to playing at Glade festival and performing a live set at Fabric. He is a generous chap. Not content with amusing the masses at home, Kraymon has been known to go on one-man road trips to lands afar, ranging from playing weekends in European cities, to mixing it up on the other side of the world in Australia. The venue is almost irrelevant. He sounds just as good everywhere; luckily. And if that wasn’t enough, he has been generous enough to ensure the rest of the world isn’t excluded, and there are many more peripatetic plans are in the pipeline.

      REFRACTURE

Refracture is 22 year old breaks and electro house producer Paul Dobson. Renowned for his emotional and uplifting tracks, his unique sound and energy has gotten him support from some of the worlds biggest djs including: Crystal Method, Matt Darey, Kosheen, Far Too Loud, Jay Cunning(kiss fm), BSD, Kultur, Chad Jackson, Anne Savage, Kyau & Albert, Ronski Speed, Jon Doe, Dj Twista, Duane Barry, Jurassik and Mr No Hands(mixmag)

Paul started producing at the age of 15, where he experimented with different sounds and production techniques until he eventually formed the 'Refracture' sound in 2008, combining his love of breaks with his addiction to deep melodies. Refracture soon after got tracks signed to house label 'Noobish Records' where he successfully released some house songs alongside his breaks tracks.

In 2009 Paul began to break-through onto the scene with a string of successful releases including several top 10's on beatport, a number 1 on trackitdown.net aswell as featuring on Ronski Speed Compilation album: Positive Ways and gaining support from National Radio Station Kiss Fm! Paul soon got offers for remix jobs and releases on more labels such as: Dusted Breaks, Can You Feel It Media, Ridiculoud and Euphonic.

2010 Looks even more exciting for Refracture with his Debut Album 'Arcadia' hitting the top 10 charts on Beatport and Trackitdown, a remix for trance legends Kyau vs Albert and lots of bookings around Europe, things are just getting started for this fast rising star!

      Scott Attril

Over the past two years Scott Attrill has quite simply taken Dance Music by storm! Two acclaimed artist albums in two years, ‘Bass Junkie’ and ‘Mega’ have helped establish him as one of the worlds finest DJ’s with ‘Mega’ being hailed as the “Best harder dance album of the year” 2009 by scene bible Mixmag. His tracks are also played on an almost weekly basis on BBC Radio 1 with his smash remix of Sidney Samson’s ‘Shut up & Let It go’ aired on the stations peak daytime shows.

He also mixed this years ‘Soundtrack of the summer’ that was ‘Riot! In Ibiza 2010’, another album that also scooped the ‘Album of the month’ accolade from Mixmag. Scott’s following is growing at pace, consistently touring the world’s biggest clubs and playing huge festival events and this looks to continue, as Scott recently became the first DJ in the world to have tracks featured to play on the hit computer game ‘Rock Band’ .

The album concept of ‘Noize’ showcases his brand new ‘Hard Electrik’ sound that he has pioneered over the past year or so, a fusion of electro, techno, trance & hard dance that is literally so fresh, it is no surprise Scott Attrill Is the most exciting and forward thinking DJ/Artist in the world of Dance Music.
